ROY K. KEEFER, CPA
Mr. Roy K. Keefer is a financial consultant to the firm. He has a comprehensive background in cash flow and operations forecasting, financial feasibility studies, modeling and business combinations.
He spent fifteen years with two “Big 4” accounting firms, Ernst & Young and KPMG, where he was a Senior Audit Manager.
Mr. Keefer for the past ten years has served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of a publicly traded company located in Las Vegas. He is knowledgeable in reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission for public companies.
Roy received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Marshall University majoring in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Companies and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.
